It's such a beautiful picture, so elegant and gentle. It perfectly represents the arrival of summertime, and it gets me in such a jolly mood. (

The image itself applies to the "ye olde" rule of thirds quite nicely, we have flowers or petals at the top and the intricacy of the cup at the bottom.
I wonder what you meant as an artist by creating this piece. The cup looks either old English or Chinese/\Japanese in design which the flowers are a little over a mystery to me and not my strong point.
If the cup-ware in Japanese the flowers would go very well as in a multitude of Anime cartoons you see many of the cherry blossoms and the colour signifies this.
The word "Vintage" in the title suggests a more old England vibe and so at a guess I would say there.
The fact that the lovely little cup displays flowers is quite ironic and almost as if the cup itself is overflowing perhaps meaning that the world has too much vintage in places and people try to hang on to what is old and renown.
The flowers are highlighted wonderfully by the almost non-existent backdrop which has a golden glowing angelic effect making the flowers seem more girly and innocent. Giving the whole image a sheer essence of purity to it.
I could very well see this image being used as part of a beautiful advertisement or something along those media related lines. Perhaps a poster for a nice brand of fruitful tea.
The image does have such vision and I could go on. The originality of the piece is lower due to having seen something or sings along a similar vein before. But the image but itself have a marvelous one time thing to it. What you have done to the image technique-wise is just astounding, it's so clean, tidy and flawless. As for the impact, as said before I could deconstruct this image all day and be happy, but come up with 100 different meaning.
Overall 20/10
